Price & Fees
Straightforward pricing:
-Sellers pay a 5% platform fee on all passes sold.
-Buyers pay a 5% or a minimum of $0.50 transaction fee on all passes purchased.
Payouts
Payouts are made automatically on the 15th of each month if your account balance is greater than the minimum payout amount of $30.
If the account balance is below the minimum payout amount then it is simply rolled over to the next period. This continues until the accumulated account balance is greater than the minimum payout amount. When this happens, the payout will be processed automatically at the end of the payout cycle.
An off-schedule payout may be requested only if your account balance is greater than the minimum payout amount. Please allow 5 business days for processing.
At the moment we are not able to make payouts outside of the US and Canada.
Cancellation Policy
passtree.net does not offer refunds. Customers may cancel their passes up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event or the first event of a package. A credit equal to the price of the pass will be given to the customer for future purchases on the platform. Instructors may cancel events and packages any time prior to the start of the event or the first event of a package. passtree.net issues credit to pass holders upon receiving the cancelation request.

passtree.net shall endeavour and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical,

passtree.net reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at Passtree.net, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information.
